Releado is an AI-run marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and AI-visibility platform for licensed Realtors and mortgage loan officers, offered by 7th Level Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mortgage News Channel. Releado provides technology and marketing services. It is not a mortgage lender, real estate brokerage, law firm, or financial advisory service.
2. No guaranteed results
Marketing and visibility outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and AI platform algorithms, market conditions, competition, and the client's own business. We do not guarantee search rankings, placement or citation in AI-generated answers, website traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, appointments, sales, or revenue of any kind. Any statements about visibility describe the work the platform performs and the outcomes it is designed to pursue — not promised results.
3. AI-generated content
Releado uses artificial intelligence to prepare marketing content. Under our operating model, content is made available for the client's review and approval before publication, and the client remains responsible for the accuracy and regulatory compliance of content published for their business, including licensing disclosures required in their state and profession.
4. Testimonials
Testimonials on this Site reflect the individual experiences of the clients quoted, are published with their permission, and are not a guarantee that any other client will achieve the same experience or results.
5. Full disclosure about who offers Releado
We state this plainly, on the Site and in our Service Agreement: Releado is offered by 7th Level Mortgage LLC, a mortgage broker (NMLS #1003861), doing business as Mortgage News Channel. Some Releado clients and their referral partners may also have independent business relationships with our brokerage or with each other; those relationships are separate from Releado. Our Privacy Guarantee — in our Privacy Policy and binding in our Service Agreement — prohibits any use of a client's nonpublic information for the benefit of our brokerage, for any competitor, or for solicitation of the client's customers or partners.

Content on this Site is general information about our service. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or mortgage advice, and it does not create a client relationship with our mortgage brokerage.
