Releado Information Security Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy summarizes the security practices that protect information on the Releado platform, offered by 7th Level Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mortgage News Channel. Releado handles nonpublic business information for licensed real estate and mortgage professionals, including their customer and referral-partner records, and we treat its protection as a core obligation of the service.

1. Access control

Access to client information is limited to personnel and authorized service providers who need it to operate the platform. Access is role-based and granted on a least-privilege basis. Individuals with access are bound by written confidentiality and restricted-use obligations, and we remain responsible for their compliance.

2. Authentication and account security

Platform accounts are protected by individual credentials. Clients are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activity under their accounts, and should notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Encryption

Data transmitted between users and the platform is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Data stored by our hosting providers is encrypted at rest by default on their infrastructure.

4. Service provider oversight

We engage a limited number of hosting, storage, email, and AI service providers. Each is required to maintain confidentiality and appropriate security safeguards, and we periodically assess their practices. Client confidential information is not used to train general-purpose AI models, and providers are not permitted to use it for independent marketing, competitive purposes, or sale.

5. Data handling and segregation

Each client's workspace is logically separate, and client records are private to that client's account. Our systems and personnel do not access client business data except as needed to operate, support, or secure the service.

6. Monitoring and maintenance

We monitor platform performance and security events, apply software updates and security patches on a regular cycle, and maintain backups to support service continuity and recovery.

7. Incident response

If we become aware of a security incident involving client information, we will investigate promptly, contain the incident, and notify affected clients without unreasonable delay, consistent with applicable law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the FTC Safeguards Rule to the extent they apply to our business.

8. Employee practices

Personnel are trained on the confidentiality obligations described in our client Service Agreement, including the strict prohibition on using client information for the benefit of any other business, including our affiliated mortgage brokerage.
