These Terms of Service govern your use of releado.com (the "Site"), operated by 7th Level Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mortgage News Channel ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. Subscriptions to the Releado platform are governed separately by the Releado Service Agreement signed at enrollment; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the Service Agreement controls for subscribers.
1. The Site and the service
The Site describes Releado, an AI-run marketing, SEO, and AI-visibility platform for licensed Realtors and mortgage loan officers. Site content is provided for general information about the service.
2. Eligibility
The Site and the Releado service are intended for adults acting in a professional capacity. Releado subscriptions are available to licensed real estate and mortgage professionals and their teams and brokerages.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Site or interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or platform; scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means except as permitted by law; submit false or misleading information through any Site form; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, trademarks, and logos — including the Releado name and logo — belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission, except that you may view and print pages for your own professional reference. Testimonials and client names appear with permission.
5. Demo requests and accounts
Information you submit through Site forms must be accurate. Submitting a demo request does not create a subscription; subscriptions begin only under a signed Service Agreement. Platform account credentials are personal to the subscriber and may not be shared outside the subscriber's organization except as the Service Agreement allows.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. No professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, or mortgage advice. Mortgage and real estate professionals remain responsible for their own licensing and regulatory compliance in their own businesses.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. See also our Disclaimer page.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and in no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Camden County, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will be posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
