Releado is offered by 7th Level Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mortgage News Channel ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through releado.com and the Releado platform, how we use it, and the commitments we make about it. Releado is a business service for licensed real estate and mortgage professionals; it is not a consumer service.
1. Information we collect
- Account and contact information. When you request a demo, open an account, or contact us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, professional license details, and billing information.
- Client business data. As a subscriber, you may store information in your private workspace, including your customer and prospect records, referral partner information, communications, notes, and marketing materials. This data belongs to you. We process it only to operate the platform for you.
- Usage and device information. We collect standard technical information when you visit our website or use the platform, such as pages viewed, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address.
- Cookies. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate Releado, set up and maintain your website and workspace, deliver the marketing, SEO, and AI-visibility services included in your subscription, communicate with you about your account, process payments, provide support, protect the security of the platform, and comply with our legal obligations.
3. Our Privacy Guarantee
Because Releado is offered by a mortgage brokerage, we make commitments that go beyond a standard privacy policy, and these commitments are also written into our client Service Agreement:
- We do not sell your information, and we do not sell or share your customers', prospects', or referral partners' information.
- We do not disclose your nonpublic business information — including the fact that you are a Releado client — without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
- Your information is never used to benefit our mortgage brokerage, to assist any competitor of yours, or to solicit your customers or referral partners.
- Your confidential information is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
- Access to your information is limited to personnel and authorized service providers who need it to operate the platform for you and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Service providers
We use a limited number of technical service providers (for example, hosting, email delivery, and AI processing) who may process information only as needed to perform their functions for us, under written confidentiality and security obligations. We do not authorize them to use the information for their own marketing or any independent purpose.
5. How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for billing, records, and legal compliance. Client business data stored in your workspace is handled as described in your Service Agreement, including on cancellation.
6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we honor those rights as the law requires. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email; account and service emails will still be sent while you are a client.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, as described in our Information Security Policy. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Releado is a professional service for licensed adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and we will notify active clients by email where appropriate.
