Releado Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms & Conditions summarize the commercial terms of a Releado subscription, offered by 7th Level Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mortgage News Channel. They are a summary for convenience: every subscription is governed by the Releado Service Agreement signed at enrollment, and if this summary differs from that agreement in any way, the Service Agreement controls.

1. The service

Releado is an AI-run, interactive, automated marketing and SEO/AI-visibility platform built around a properly constructed website. A subscription includes a client website (built or rebuilt on our architecture, or the client's existing site optimized in place), hosting, AI marketing automation (social content, email campaigns, and a monthly newsletter), lead capture and CRM tools, SEO and AI-visibility monitoring, review management, monthly deliverables as specified in the Service Agreement, and a monthly report. The operating model is simple: the AI does the work, and the client approves it — nothing publishes without the client's approval process being followed.

3. Term and renewal

Subscriptions begin with an initial term of three (3) months. After the initial term, the subscription renews automatically month to month until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

After the initial term, a client may cancel for any reason on thirty (30) days' written notice. Early termination during the initial term requires payment of the remaining monthly fees through the end of the initial term.

5. Fees and refunds

The setup fee is due at enrollment, and the first monthly payment is due thirty days later. Fees are non-refundable except where a refund or credit is required by applicable law or expressly provided in a separate written agreement. Accounts past due may have platform functions suspended until paid, as described in the Service Agreement.

6. Website ownership

Once the setup fee is paid in full, the client owns their website — its content, branding, and configuration — as further described in the Service Agreement.

7. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for: the accuracy of information they provide; maintaining the licenses their profession requires and notifying us of changes; ensuring that contacts they load into the platform have given the consent required by law for marketing communications; reviewing and approving content; and the regulatory compliance of their own marketing, including required license numbers and disclosures.

8. Privacy commitment

Our Privacy Guarantee is part of every subscription: client information is never sold, never disclosed without prior written consent except as required by law, never used to benefit our mortgage brokerage or any competitor, and never used to solicit a client's customers or referral partners. See our Privacy Policy.

9. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, lead volumes, or revenue. See our Disclaimer.

10. Warranties and liability

Except as expressly stated in the Service Agreement, the platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total aggregate liability under a subscription shall not exceed the total fees the client paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue.

11. Governing law and disputes

Subscriptions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days, then by binding arbitration in Camden County, New Jersey, under American Arbitration Association rules. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys' fees.
